What is PLOT?
PLOT is a fast, browser-based social-deduction card game inspired by classic spy thrillers. Players are split between Spies and Police. The Spies plot in secret; the Police investigate, accuse, and vote. Win conditions hinge on bluffing, reading the room, and using each role's hidden powers at the right moment.
How to play
- Open the home page and click Play Now.
- Create a room and share the room code or link with friends.
- 5 to 12 players are supported. Bots can fill in for missing players.
- Each round has reveal, voting, and resolution phases. The game ends when one team meets its win condition.
Languages
PLOT supports Arabic, English, and Turkish. Switch the language from the top corner of the home page.
Tech stack
PLOT runs on Node.js, Express, and Socket.IO with a SQLite database. The site is delivered through Cloudflare and lives on a single Hetzner server in Europe.
